If you grew up watching MuchMusic in the early 90s, you may remember a graphic of an analog clock that came on in the mornings, and automatically switched to show the time zones across Canada. I made that. It wasn't some fancy modern character generator, either-you couldn't buy something like that off the shelf at the time. I wrote it in Pascal. We had a similar clock on Citytv, which was an actual mechanical clock, in a box, with a camera fixed on it, which was keyed into the video. So you can imagine my delight at finding this. (via MeFi) |
